Property Maintenance Specialist

Maintenance and upkeep of properties, guest rooms and public areas is essential for ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests. Our Maintenance Handyperson will be responsible for completing general maintenance tasks to keep our facilities in good working order.
- Responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner to deliver service excellence with each experience.
- Actively conducting repairs to the building and equipment as needed.
- Supporting the Engineering team with operational tasks while showcasing adaptability and enthusiasm.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial environments.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
