About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced property maintenance specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues.">
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing appliances.">
  • Ensure that all outdoor furniture, fixtures, and amenities are in good working condition.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.">
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.">

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a handyman or property maintenance professional, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting.">
  • A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.">
  • The ability to operate and maintain equipment and tools.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.">
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and manual labor.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, requiring 10-30 hours per week. You will be working on a casual basis, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including days.
