Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of gardening and property maintenance principles, with the ability to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.

  • Weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, pruning hedges and shrubs is a key aspect of this role.
  • General maintenance duties, such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other tasks will also be performed.
  • The successful candidate will uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential.
  • Towing a trailer and experience using power tools/operating machinery are also required.
  • A well-developed time management and organisational skillset is necessary for this role.

Requirements:

  • A manual driver's licence is mandatory.
  • A valid police check within 12 months is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of property maintenance experience is preferred.
  • A driver's licence is also preferred.
  • A police check within 12 months is preferred.
  • Australia work authorisation is also preferred.
