We are seeking a driven Marketing Consultant to become part of our vibrant Marketing & Communications team, directly reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting captivating content for both employees and clients, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and spearheading innovative global projects.


This full-time position is based in Canning Vale with occasional travel to various sites as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Perenti's Corporate Branding, Marketing, and Communications teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to compliance standards
  • Create impactful design briefs
  • Analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns
  • Develop engaging content for diverse social media platforms
  • Maintain and manage social media calendars
  • Support brand social media accounts
  • Monitor and engage with social media interactions
  • Measure social media analytics and perform updates on the website
  • Produce content for intranet and internal publications
  • Assist with video and photography projects on-site
Skill Requirements
  • Essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity
  • Skilled in producing engaging content across multiple channels
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe software, Canva, and various social media platforms
  • Self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to Perenti Group's principles
  • Willingness to undertake site visits
  • Desirable
  • Familiarity with SAP, WordPress, and Workplace by Meta
  • Previous experience in the resources sector is advantageous
