We are seeking a driven Marketing Consultant to become part of our vibrant Marketing & Communications team, directly reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will be tasked with crafting compelling content for both employees and clients, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and spearheading innovative projects on a global scale.


This full-time position is located in Canning Vale, with occasional travel to various sites as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with Perenti Corporate Branding, Marketing, and Communications teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance
  • Create effective design briefs
  • Analyze campaign performance
  • Develop engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Maintain social media calendars
  • Support brand social media accounts
  • Monitor and engage with social media activity
  • Measure social media analytics and perform website updates
  • Produce intranet and internal publication content
  • Support video and photography shoots on-site
Skill Requirements
  • Essential
  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in creating engaging content across various channels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with MS Office, Adobe software, Canva, and social media platforms
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Adherence to Perenti Contract Mining principles
  • Availability for site visits
  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP, WordPress, and Workplace by Meta
  • Prior experience in the resources industry is advantageous
