About this role:

Nova Entertainment is a leading audio entertainment business, and we're looking for a Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Audience Engagement function, you'll be responsible for managing activity for our tactics, partnerships, and more.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project manage promotional and marketing activities, creating exciting and creative promotions, experiences, and events that engage our listeners and clients.
  • Work closely with our Audience Engagement Manager to deliver on our company strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as CREATE Sales and Marketing.
  • Negotiate, lead, ideate, and implement concurrently, being energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible in your approach.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Creating, implementing, and managing station, workday, and weekend promotions, including job sheets, contest sheets, web briefs, legal, winner, and prize system.
  • Planning and forecasting to ensure promotional airtime commitments are met within budget.
  • Ensuring all timelines are met and competitions and events are resourced effectively.
  • Providing post-analysis and airchecks for promotional activities.
  • Providing Sales and CREATE with creative and effective brief responses.
  • Implementing partnerships as required, from agreement to campaign management to post-campaign delivery.
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with on-air personalities and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of promotional activities.
