**Job Title:** Human Resources Leader

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's human resources function. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving people management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with global business goals
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies
  • Support performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and career development
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work culture
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
    • Strong understanding of local labor laws and global HR practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus
    • Ability to adapt and work effectively in multicultural environments
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
    • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
