**Job Title:** Human Resources Leader
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's human resources function. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving people management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with global business goals
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policies
- Support performance management processes: goal setting, evaluations, and career development
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work culture
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and global HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in multicultural environments
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution
