Global Community Engagement Lead

We're looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our global community initiatives, driving engagement and growth across diverse audiences.

This role will be responsible for managing a team of regional and thematic community managers, setting the vision and direction for community engagement, and leading integrated programming, including member challenges, partnerships, and cross-channel marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of high-level strategy and operational excellence, thriving in a collaborative environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, program strategy, or marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling a team across regions or time zones.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively.
  • Deep understanding of online and offline community building, social media, and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for collaboration and storytelling.

What You'll Achieve

  1. Drive the vision and implementation of global community strategy.
  2. Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of Community Managers.
  3. Launch innovative community-led initiatives that excite and inspire contributors.
  4. Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and amplify community voices.
  5. Build long-lasting creator relationships and ambassador networks.
