Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Engagement Specialist.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position available for approximately two years. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international visits and events, developing engagement reports and strategic partnerships, and supporting the delivery of global activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international visits and onshore engagement initiatives
  • Prepare comprehensive engagement reports, partnership briefs, and other communication materials
  • Support the development and delivery of global engagement activities

The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, report writing, and relationship building. They will also possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

You will also need to demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
