The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in community management, program strategy, or marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. They will also possess strong program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
Requirements:

- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
