The RoleThis position requires a highly skilled individual who will plan, execute, develop, and facilitate learning initiatives. As the Learning Coordinator, you will:
- Identify and interpret learning needs to meet business objectives and foster a culture of continuous development.
- Analyse, design, implement, and evaluate learning activities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and resolve challenges.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the Continued Professional Development program, including identifying suitable training courses and external speakers.

We provide exceptional support services to our organisation, covering administrative and coordination tasks.
The team is multi-disciplinary, comprising APS staff, ADF members, and contractors.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
