Key Responsibilities:

  3. Proven capacity to provide high-level, strategic advice to a Board of Directors, supporting sound governance and decision-making.">
  4. Strong track record in implementing strategic plans and Board directions, translating organisational goals into effective operational outcomes.">
  5. Sound knowledge of corporate governance and general management practice within Aboriginal organisations.">
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent the organisation with cultural integrity and credibility.">
  7. Personal qualities of integrity, resilience, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence.">

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the political and policy environment impacting Traditional Owners in Victoria and will have the strategic insight to promote the rights and aspirations of our members.

You will have proven skills in leading teams, building relationships across government and community, and ensuring sound governance and management practice.
