- Strong track record in implementing strategic plans and Board directions, translating organizational goals into effective operational outcomes.
- Sound knowledge of corporate governance and general management practice within Aboriginal organizations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent the organization with cultural integrity and credibility.
- Personal qualities of integrity, resilience, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence.
