Chief Executive Officer job seekers are invited to apply for a senior leadership position that involves providing strategic and operational leadership to a Native Title organisation. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the political and policy environment impacting Traditional Owners in Victoria and have the strategic insight to promote the rights and aspirations of our members. Proven skills in leading teams, building relationships across government and community, and ensuring sound governance and management practice are essential requirements.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Native Title organisation
  • Manage day-to-day operations at the executive level
  • Ensure accountability, high performance, and effective coordination across staff teams

A key responsibility is to strengthen the organisation's operational capability and financial sustainability while ensuring all activities align with best practice business planning and risk management.

The Chief Executive Officer will work closely with the Board to deliver strong governance, maintain high-level relationships with government and other agencies, and build an organisational culture of integrity, teamwork, and respect.

Key Requirements
