Concierge (Guest Services) - Hospitality Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Glad Group. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors to our premium retail centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Identify opportunities to improve the level of service being offered to tenants and visitors, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Service Request Management: Log, action, and monitor all service requests within our electronic database, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Lost Property Management: Manage all lost items within the centre, working closely with tenants and visitors to reunite them with their belongings.
- Customer Feedback: Action customer feedback, using it as an opportunity to improve our services and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Centre Services Coordination: Coordinate centre services, including the presentation of display cases, notice boards, and other visual displays.
- Gift Card Sales: Process gift card sales, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Marketing Events: Assist with marketing events, including the organisation of logistics and delivery of promotional materials.
- Communication: Manage all incoming calls for Building Management, directing them appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- Security Awareness: Assist in promoting security awareness within the centre, working closely with our security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in concierge and customer service, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. A strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
