Field Services Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide software and hardware support for customers across Western and South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose system errors, resolve customer issues promptly and ensure software levels of equipment are current.
  • Achieve product repair turnaround goals by providing technical sales support and performing workflow and system reviews.
  • Maintain equipment by performing routine and breakdown maintenance as required, planning and scheduling preventative visits and communicating with customers.
  • Collaborate with teams to monitor cases between Service Desk and customers and escalate as necessary, retrieving technical information from devices and servers to assist with support cases.
Requirements:
  • Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and repair experience, with strong technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify potential issues or complaints and escalate appropriately, along with strong customer communication skills and expectation management.
  • Preferably a restricted electrical license, with excellent time management and direction/support capabilities.
