Level 2 Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Support Specialist to join our IT team.

  • Onboarding and setting up new users involves creating user accounts, configuring hardware and software, and ensuring seamless access to company resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting end-users in the Perth office and on site. Key duties include:

  1. Troubleshooting issues with laptops, desktops and phones requires analyzing symptoms, identifying root causes, and applying effective solutions.
  2. Setting up audio-visual equipment for miscellaneous events demands attention to detail, technical expertise, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Solving complex IT issues necessitates strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and effective communication with users.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or certification in Information Technology or related field demonstrates your understanding of IT concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills enable you to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn new skills on the job is essential for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
  • Excellent phone manner & troubleshooting skills are critical for resolving user issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment requires adaptability, flexibility, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience working with Active Directory, including Azure AD, showcases your ability to manage and maintain large-scale directory services.
  • Experience troubleshooting issues across MS Teams and M365 demonstrates your expertise in cloud-based collaboration tools and platforms.
  • Experience with MDM software and resolving issues across IOS devices highlights your ability to manage and secure mobile devices.
