Claims and Insurance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims and Insurance leader to join our National Claims team in Melbourne.

  • Build strong relationships with key contacts within insurance companies.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all current policies, aggregate amounts, and processes.
  • Manage industrial special risks, logistics operators liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Collaborate closely with branch and driver managers to investigate accidents and gather necessary documentation.
  • Prepare defence documentation as required and attend legal proceedings when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within an insurance company. They will possess exceptional time management and investigation skills, excellent leading abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
