Job Overview

The Accounts Receivable Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the accounts receivable processes and systems forward. This involves ensuring timely payment receipt, accurate recording, and discrepancies resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of debtor's ledger management
  • Cash receipting and allocation of payments processing
  • Customer account reconciliation and maintenance
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies
