Summary:As an Accounts Receivable Officer at Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Pty.
Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions related to customer accounts within our manufacturing and franchise hospitality business.
This position is essential for ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and maintaining positive cash flow.
You will work closely with various departments to support our franchise operations and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.Responsibilities:Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.Utilize large ERP systems (e.g., SAGE) for tracking customer payments and account balances.Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications with customers regarding their accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.Prepare regular reports on receivables status for management review.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within hospitality or manufacturing industries.Familiarity with large ERP systems such as SAGE is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.Proficiency in MS365 applications including Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, capable of interacting effectively with customers and team members.Contract Role:Role available Mid-AugustFixed 3-month term )
