Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our Institutional & Business Banking Risk Management division, you will play a critical role in providing specialist risk services and advice to our Business Banking team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk frameworks to manage credit, market, operational, compliance, and insurance risks.
- Collaborate with policy teams and business units to assess, manage, and report on risks.
- Provide expert advice to Business Banking teams on risk management strategies and frameworks.
We are looking for a highly experienced Risk Management professional with a strong background in credit risk management, particularly in Agribusiness and Commercial risk management. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Required Skills:
- Experience in credit risk management, including exercising a personal delegation in a major financial institution.
- High level diversified industry knowledge and experience in Agribusiness and Commercial risk management.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
