Risk Management Leader

Crown Resorts is seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk Management Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and be able to provide strategic advice to our executives and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with executives, management, and staff to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related policies.
* Provide guidance and support to ensure that risk management practices are robust and effective across the organization.
* Develop and maintain accurate risk profiles for all lines of business, ensuring they meet RMF requirements.
* Monitor and report on adherence to the RMF and supporting frameworks, including the roles and responsibilities of the three lines of defence.
Requirements:
* A Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Management; Law; MBA etc.).
* Has, or is able to obtain, all required Casino Employee Licenses.
* Senior role experience in risk management for a large organization, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g. Financial Services).
* Proven track record of developing risk management frameworks and maintaining risk profiles to ISO 31000 standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver complex risk strategies.
