Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead the delivery of sustainable and resilient healthcare capital projects.

The role will drive systemic change to embed sustainability and climate adaptation into project management frameworks, providing technical advice to key stakeholders during the project lifecycle from masterplan through to detailed design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide authoritative advice and innovative solutions to systemise the integration of sustainability and climate adaptation into healthcare capital programs.
  • Build capability in sustainability and climate adaptation among staff and other key stakeholders through comprehensive technical guidance and training programs.
  • Work effectively within complex multi-disciplinary environments to ensure sustainability and climate adaptation solutions are integrated in capital programs.
  • Align teams with organisational values and goals through effective people management and leadership.
  • Demonstrate how actions and outcomes impact clients and organisational ability to deliver support and services.
  • Ensure accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and policies.
  • Maintain safe working environments by following occupational health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Technical understanding of environmentally sustainable design in capital works.
