About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Senior Partners and contribute to the success of our Enterprise Business Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to Senior Partners, including diary management, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the administration network nationally to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Organize meetings, events, and conferences, both internally and externally, to facilitate business growth and development.
  • Manage special projects and business development initiatives, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM database, ensuring timely and relevant reporting.
  • Work autonomously, managing confidential information and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Administrator role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise at executive levels and build strong relationships.
  • A strong sense of accountability, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Intermediate to high-level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with other skills considered favorably.
