As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a high-performing team to deliver exceptional support, empower clients to build confidence and skills, and secure meaningful, sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and mentor your team under the guidance of a Service Manager, driving results and fostering growth.
- Enhance your team's understanding of best practices when working with individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.
- Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
- Guide clients into fulfilling work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
- Build strong employer partnerships and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
- Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.
- You are a confident leader with a passion for mentoring others and driving performance, creating a supportive and results-driven environment.
- You have a strong understanding of employment services and program guidelines, and you mentor others to provide high-quality service that meets performance targets.
- You build genuine relationships with your team, clients, and employers, guiding individuals into meaningful work through empathy and tailored support.
- You are proactive, organized, and lead by example, committed to inclusion and person-centered practice.
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
- Confidence in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
- Current Driver's License – essential
