Job Description

As a HSEQ Business Partner, you will manage and lead internal and external compliance activities in Victoria. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all HSEQ activities, initiatives, projects and reporting.

You will promote safety first behavior and a continuous improvement quality culture by engaging with internal and external stakeholders. You will also plan, consult and manage certification compliance activities incorporating the requirements set out by the Standards and report any gaps or inconsistencies.

You will assist, manage and maintain local HSEQ associated training and internal and external inductions. You will continuously review local Training & Qualification Trackers to identify gaps in Operational training or refreshment training.

You will manage and maintain local Risk Registers including supporting closure of identified mitigation actions through elimination of hazards. You will manage, coordinate, maintain and report as appropriate, Transport activities within the Region.

You will maintain, enhance and support facility security systems and associated risk assessments in conjunction with the Facility Manager. You will act as a MOC (Management of Change) champion and regularly report and monitor the status of MOCs ensuring associated actions are driven to closure and remain within their deadline remit.

You will ensure new contractors are managed in accordance with the prescribed governance. You will manage all incidents, unsafe circumstances or behaviour occurring within the Region (including Transport incidents). You will conduct audits of activities to ensure compliance with requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge and expertise in Regulatory Compliance of gas manufacturing and filling plants. A preferred qualification is an Internal Auditor certificate. You should have experience in successfully executing change programs and leading projects. You should also have technical knowledge of ISO9001, IOS45001, FSSC, ISO22000, PICs/ GMP certification standards.
