Job Summary

This is a critical opportunity for an accomplished professional to assume a pivotal role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist support in developing, implementing, measuring, and evaluating compliance with HSEQ management systems.

  • Provide key support in the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of HSE policies, management plans, and associated procedures relevant to risks.
  • Actively implement all HSE initiatives.
  • Conduct regular routine HSE audits programs and inspections.
  • Complete incident/injury investigations as required.
  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring organizational legislative and contractual compliance in relation to health, safety, and environmental requirements and workplace practices.
  • Coordinate the return-to-work process.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven experience in engaging and liaising with front-line staff, supervisors/managers, senior managers, industry specialists, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • The ability to work flexible hours and days as required.
  • A minimum of tertiary WHS/Environmental management qualifications and relevant industry experience.
  • A current Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
