This pivotal leadership role will oversee the health and safety management of operations as a state leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the HSEQ Take 5 program to foster a safe work environment.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs to promote workplace safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls to mitigate potential risks.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to assess cause and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to HSEQ activities.
  • Manage and control workers' compensation claims.
  • Develop and implement return to work programs.

This is an ideal opportunity for a tertiary or post-secondary qualified professional with operational safety and compliance management experience in the transport and 3PL industry in Australia.
