About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Member Services team as a Customer Experience Consultant. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service to our members, employers, and external financial advisors.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing multi-channel support, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and live chat. You will empower our members to take control of their finances and make informed decisions about their retirement savings.


Your success will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with our members, provide accurate and timely advice, and demonstrate empathy in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, employers, and external financial advisors through multiple channels
  • Empower our members to take control of their finances and make informed decisions about their retirement savings
  • Build strong relationships with our members, providing accurate and timely advice and guidance
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding in challenging situations, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
