About the Role
This role involves providing customer-obsessed service, delivering first call resolution, and ensuring timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries and account openings via telephone and online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer satisfaction and first call resolution
- Provide timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries and account openings
- Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust, and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations
- Contribute to a team culture that is balanced across people, customer, and performance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external requirements
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in delivering high-quality customer experiences and the ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential, as well as a commitment to self-development and opportunities to increase capability in the role.
