Supportive Partnerships Coordinator

The Supportive Partnerships Coordinator has been developed for individuals who have firsthand experience in providing care for a family member or close relationship with mental health challenges.

The purpose of this position is to acknowledge the critical role of family members and carers in recovery as well as the importance of linking them into support for themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify support needs and provide emotional and practical support
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to individuals and their families
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that promote recovery and well-being

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to supporting individuals and their families
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a similar role or sector would be highly regarded
