Job Title: Senior Risk Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced senior risk director to lead our data-driven risk management solutions across various domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, proven expertise in advising clients on data-driven risk solutions, and excellent leadership skills to drive high-performing teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver data governance solutions for blue-chip clients across industries.

  • Lead client engagements, including onboarding, team building, delivery strategy definition, and budget control.

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and expand the firm's footprint.

  • Represent the firm as a thought leader, contribute to business development, and build personal brand.

  • Mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and drive diversity within the team.

Requirements
  • Essential Skills:

  • Data analytics, data science, or related field expertise.

  • Proven experience in risk management, consulting, or related fields.

  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Able to operate in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
