Job Title:

Agricultural Sales Specialist

Job Description:

  • Provide advisory services to clients on agricultural matters.
  • Sell products to new and existing customers to meet sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receipting, stocktaking, and dispatching products.
  • Process sales and generate quotes for customers.
  • Deliver products to customers as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven customer service and sales experience.
  • Background in rural retail and warehousing (desirable).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health, or Agronomy (advantageous).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, POS, and administration skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks.
  • A strong focus on workplace health and safety.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
