Job Title: Agricultural Sales Professional

Are you a sales enthusiast with a passion for agriculture? Do you thrive in environments where no two days are the same?

We're seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team in Beaudesert. As a key member of our retail store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients.

  • Deliver technical advice and guidance to clients on agricultural products and services.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocktake processes.
  • Process sales and generate quotes efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

As an ideal candidate, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in agriculture. Your ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records will serve you well in this role.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Experience working in rural retail and warehousing environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
  • Technical skills in agricultural science, animal health, or agronomy would be advantageous.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, POS, and administration systems.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks.
  • Strong focus on work health and safety practices.
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
