We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our client's growing Service Desk team as a Level 1 Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal users experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and efficient solutions.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide 1st Level **IT support for 500 end-users**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical support **requests and tickets**:

- Develop checklists, procedures, and knowledgebase articles
- Participate in **IT projects** as required
- Monitor and manage **software telephony systems**

**What we're looking for**:

- **Tertiary IT** qualification
- Previous **help desk** (or similar) **experience**:

- Good knowledge of **Microsoft products** including Windows 10, MS365 and and Teams
- Good knowledge of **ticketing systems**
- Previous experience in **supporting internal users**:

- **ERP knowledge** will be highly regarded

Location**:Beaudesert, on-site Monday to Friday**
