Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Technician to help us continue providing a high standard of remote, on-site, telephone, and email support to our growing client base.

The successful candidate will work with a wide variety of technology and assist in solving cloud, server, endpoint, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Microsoft 365 configuration, administration, and deployment experience
  • Sound understanding of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 products
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve endpoint issues
  • Knowledge in provisioning, troubleshooting, and monitoring security solutions (EDR, ATP, firewall, etc)
  • VPN/RDP troubleshooting & setup
  • Ability to troubleshoot network configuration or hardware issues
  • Able to work competently, both remotely and on-site
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Admin, Teams, and SharePoint provisioning
  • Understanding of modern cyber security practices and risk analysis
  • Network architecting skills & VoIP phone systems experience
  • Qualifications in IT or a related field
  • 4+ years experience in IT support and/or IT projects
What We Offer

An employment agreement relevant to experience and credentials will be tailored to suit the successful candidate.

Wage for a Senior IT Technician will range from $70,000 to $95,000 + super, laptop, mobile phone, and fully maintained car.

Bringing the total package value to $92,000 - $120,000.
