Senior Care Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Care Professional. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in their daily lives, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
  • Accurately maintain care records in accordance with company policy and audit records weekly.
  • Communicate concerns or issues to residents' family members as needed.
  • Ensure patients take medications as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Build strong relationships with residents by showing genuine interest in their lives.
Requirements:
  • Williness to travel for work-related purposes.
  • Certification III or IV in Individual (Aged) Support.
  • Polic e Check or willingness to undergo a polic e check.
  • Two professional referees available for contact.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills and flexibility.
