About the Role- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health and well-being, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, closely monitoring patients for side effects and effectiveness.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and available resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current nursing license, with experience in aged care nursing or a similar healthcare setting highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a compassionate nature and passion for improving the lives of elderly individuals.
