**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee department financials, ensuring effective cost management
  • Manage customer matters with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long term relationships
  • Continuously review new opportunities to obtain parts business including identifying new customers, completing customer visits and growing the outside parts business
