An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced **Parts Manager** to become a part of the **Daimler Trucks Laverton** team. In this role, you will leverage your proven leadership and management skills, along with your extensive truck parts sales experience, to lead the Parts team and drive business performance.

**About The Role**:

- Oversee department financials, ensuring effective cost management
- Reporting into General Manager of dealership and overseeing a team of 20 employees
- Manage customer matters with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long term
- Continuously review new opportunities to obtain parts business including identifying new parts customers, completing customer visits and growing the outside parts business
- Drive and role model safe work practices, holding safety toolbox meetings, hazard identification and rectification, maintenance of plant and equipment, completing inspections and leading the WHS committee meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to build and manage customer relationships to understand our customers' needs and deliver expectations
- Effective management of warranty process to maximise return and ensure claims are submitted in a timely manner

- Proven experience in parts interpreting and sales, with a solid understanding of customer needs and industry standards
- Demonstrated success in supervisory or team leadership roles, with a track record of guiding teams to achieve results
- Strong leadership abilities, fostering a team-oriented culture that promotes collaboration and high performance
- Deep commitment to safety, with the capability to implement safety programs and continuously improve processes to ensure a safe working environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for motivating teams, building positive workplace culture, and delivering outstanding customer service
