We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to fill a challenging role as a Parts Advisor.

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, interpreting parts requirements, and generating sales opportunities across both internal and external customers.

This position involves processing parts orders, locating parts, and providing an outstanding level of service to our valued clients. In addition, you will be required to ensure adherence to company policies regarding accounts receivable and maintain the cleanliness and organization of display areas at the branch.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process parts orders and locate parts for internal and external customers.
  • Provide first-class customer service to all clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies regarding accounts receivable.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of display areas at the branch.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A proven track record in a customer service environment, preferably within a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using multiple databases.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar products (although not essential, it is highly regarded).

This position offers a dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be required to work on a week-to-week rotating roster, commencing from 7am-12pm, with occasional Saturday shifts every four weeks.
