Sales position:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Online quoting.
2. Phone quotes.
3. Taking orders from customers over the phone or by person.
4. Liaise with internal accounts department.

Skills and experience:

- Exceptional customer services.
- car makes & models parts knowledge are preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Have intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be proactive, punctual and reliable.
- A willingness to learn and grow.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laverton North VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
