Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer to support our sales team in providing technical knowledge and solutions to potential customers.

  • Act as a technical expert working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products' capabilities and value proposition.
  • Perform solution architecture design and ensure product compatibility with client infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate client feedback and requirements, fostering open communication and driving business growth.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales by assisting with implementation and deployment as needed, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Presales Engineer or similar role, with a strong background in infrastructure and networking.
  • Relevant certifications in infrastructure and/or networking, demonstrating expertise and commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure (Dell/HPE) and networking (Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet), with hands-on experience in product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution architecture design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions, driving business success and customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel on-site to client locations and participate in sales activities, including product demonstrations and meetings.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
