Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a key role in our operations team. As a Relief Village and Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading village operations when permanent managers are on leave, while also delivering projects that drive innovation and enhance resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead people, operations, and customer experience in a variety of settings
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and policies
  • Partner with the Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals
  • Manage budgets, support asset maintenance planning, and monitor operational performance

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes
