Relief Village Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relief Village Manager to lead our village operations in various settings across Sydney Metro and Regional areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our villages, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

About the Role
  • Lead village operations, including managing staff, coordinating activities, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, committee members, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Partner with Area Managers to achieve regional and organisational goals, driving innovation and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Village Operations Management: Oversee the smooth operation of our villages, ensuring that all aspects of daily life are managed effectively.
  2. Staff Leadership: Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent service to residents, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leadership roles within Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and build strong relationships.
  • Legislative Compliance: Confidence in working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
