**Job Title:** Relief Village & Project ManagerWe are seeking a skilled Relief Village & Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple villages and communities in Sydney Metro and Regional areas.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead village operations when permanent managers are on leave
  • Deliver projects that drive innovation, enhance resident satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency
  • Report to the Area Manager and work closely with the Operations Leadership Team, Village Managers, and support services
**Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes
  • Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational improvement projects
