Job Description

Regional Express Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Sydney, NSW.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ground operations training to our staff, ensuring they meet or exceed Rex's objectives for training, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and deliver ground operations training in all facets of customer service duties.
  • Develop and deliver classroom and practical training programs for Sabre and other aircraft.
  • Ensure all staff are trained to the highest level in accordance with Rex standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and materials.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in airline or industry training and assessment.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or willingness to complete the program.
  • Experience in Sabre or similar software is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high workload under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that involves working on a shift roster, including evenings and weekends. Travel may be required within NSW and interstate.

Estimated Salary: AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
