Job Title: Wellbeing and Engagement Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Wellbeing and Engagement Leader to join our school community.

About the Role:
  • This is a key leadership position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a wellbeing team and developing programs that promote student wellbeing and engagement in learning.
  • This role involves collaborating with colleagues to develop policies and procedures that support student wellbeing and engagement.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide information, advice, and support to teachers and families on managing student behavioral problems that impact learning outcomes.
  2. Lead a wellbeing team and manage time effectively to achieve goals and objectives.
  3. Liaise with the general school community, Department, and other government agencies and service providers to ensure effective support systems are in place.
Key Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field.
  • Significant experience in leading wellbeing teams and developing programs that promote student wellbeing and engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
