Job Overview

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Wellbeing and Inclusion Specialist.

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting the wellbeing and inclusion of all students, and providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

You will also play a key role in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote student engagement, motivation, and resilience.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • a strong background in education or a related field;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • experience in promoting wellbeing and inclusion in an educational setting;
  • ability to develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote student engagement and motivation;
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • high level of discretion and confidentiality.
