About the Role

In this permanent full-time opportunity based at our Mascot Campus, you will work with both operational and commercial stakeholders to ensure that the final schedules are operationally and commercially viable to maximise returns and meet customer needs.

This role requires developing and actioning network changes that have direct customer, operational and commercial implications. A good working relationship with all customers, internal and external, is essential.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive network changes to optimise for demand, resourcing levels and operational constraints.
  • Work with both operational and commercial stakeholders to develop and implement schedules.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong Problem Solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to scheduling problems.
  • Strong Communication Skills and ability to create a clear two-way understanding of all scheduling scenarios.

  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment with constantly changing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Team Player and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business/ finance / commerce is highly desirable.
